Team and Project Management interface for Airtable

Your complete team and project mangament system!

This Airtable base contains two interfaces: one for you, the project manager, and another for the team working on your projects.

Using these interfaces allows you to:

• Add employees to your records, including information on their contracted working hours
• Add projects and assign to your team members.
• Divide projects into subtasks, assigning these to individual team members.
• Track time employees have logged working on each of your projects.
• Chat with employees to discuss their progress.
• Set and monitor budgets, matched against expenses reported by your team.
• Track time spent on projects and allocate working time between team members.
• Collect reports from team members on their status of each project.

Employees can:

• Log in and out when they work on an assigned project through the day (this automatically tallies with their contracted hours, project deadlines and total hours and budgets assigned to the projcy by the manager)
• Report on expenses accrued per project
• Submit reports on their progress, and share these with the manager and/or colleagues.
• Chat with their colleagues in their interface about each project or subtask they are working on.
• Take and share notes on their assigned projects as they work.

Automated processes:

• Timestamping of employees' clocking in and out as they work on projects
• Linking employees to records you need them to see, allowing each user to have a personalised dashboard covering just the projects to which you have assigned them.
• Notifying you/your teams when reports are submitted.
• Notifying when a project has 10% of its budget remaining.
  

Please note: in order to enjoy the full functionality of these interfaces, you will need to be on a paid Airtable plan at "Team" level or above. On free accounts you will not be able to restrict access to the background data on your manager interface to you alone. All other functionality is available on Airtable's free plan.
