Meeting Room Booking for Airtable
An Airtable system with two interfaces: one for "front end" users in to book meeting rooms by selecting from available slots; the other for "back end" users (receptionists, administators, assistants) to support users with their bookings and display all scheduled bookings on a calendar
Users may only select slots that are not already filled, so rooms cannot be double booked.
Records are erased at the end of each day and reused in a "loop", so that users can always book slots today or tomorrow. No further configuration reuired at the back end.
